Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about booking a nanny in Boracay.
How Does It Work?
How Does It Work?
You make the booking through our website and pay the booking fee online. This reserves the nanny you want as best ones are often booked out. We recommend you stay with the nanny and your kids on the first day you hire them to gain a comfort level. Some parents choose longer.
What Hours Do The Nannies Work?
A typical working day is 8 hours plus 30-60 mins for lunch. Nannies will have their lunch while with the kids.
How Do I Pay The Nanny?
You pay only the booking fee through our platform. Payments to nannies are made direct to them (we do not take a commission). Most nannies prefer to be paid in cash at the start or end of each day, or you can pay a larger sum up front. Payment to nannies should NOT be in arrears at the end of your trip.
Where Do The Nannies Look After The Kids?
Most nannies will stay within the confines of your hotel, unless you tell them otherwise. They are instructed to not go to the hotel pool unless there is a lifeguard on duty. If you want them to visit the Kids Club in station 3, you must pay for travel costs.
What Trust & Safety Measures Are There?
We ID check, police check and reference check all the nannies on our platform.
How Do I Contact My Nanny?
You will be given contact details for your nanny once you confirm your booking (phone, whatsapp and email).
